Onduidelijk is waar het materieel vandaan komt. Wel lijkt duidelijk dat Noworossiya een antwoord voorbereid op de van Oekraïense kant verhevigde aanvallen op grondgebied van Noworossiya waarbij in de afgelopen 4 etmalen 10 burgers omgekomen zijn, en een veelvoud gewond is geraakt.
Initiatief terug bij Noworossiya
Het zou kunnen zijn dat vanaf vandaag het initiatief weer terug is bij Noworossiya. Zij (Noworossiya) melden artillerie duels bij Opitnom waar nieuwe Prawi Sector leden aangekomen zouden zijn. Gevechten bij Avdeevka. Bij Peski (Gevechtsbeelden gemaakt door Oekraïense kant HIER). Peski staat bekend als een Oekraïens bolwerk waarvandaan een hoop bommen op Donetsk terecht zijn gekomen. Als er nu dus gevechten bij Peski gemeld worden, lijkt dat te betekenen dat er nu in het door Oekraïne gecontroleerd gebied gevochten wordt. Debaltseevo, idem dito. Dat Strelkov helemaal niets ziet in de afspraken gemaakt in Minsk was al bekend. Met zijn informatie in onderstaande korte video boodschap dat er nu meer doden aan Noworossiya kant vallen dan tijdens gewone oorlogstijd, is dat ook goed plaatsbaar. Hij waarschuwt voor een Oekraïens offensief en roept op de krachten aan Noworossiya en Russisch kant te verenigen.
De berichten en de mening van Strelkov worden compleet genegeerd; niet alleen door de Westerse staatsmedia, maar ook door de Russische media.

Oekraïense soldaten en hun familie halen verhaal bij militaire leiding
83 Soldaten van de 30e gemechaniseerde brigade keren terug in Nowgorod-Wolynski, West Oekraïene, niet ver van de Poolse grens. Ze confronteren hun militaire leiders met de vragen die ze hebben.

"Southern Cauldron"
De 30e brigade was terecht gekomen in wat de "Southern Cauldron" genoemd wordt. We hebben daar HIER eerder over bericht. Zo'n 4000 Oekraïense militairen kwamen klem te zitten tussen enerzijds de Russische grens en anderzijds het verzet. Ze dachten het verzet te omsingelen en van de grens af te scheiden, maar werden zelf omsingeld. Van de 4000 man lukte het circa 1000 man alsnog te ontsnappen.

Verder kwamen we onderstaande explosie tegen, die 19 Augustus 2014 op youtube is geplaatst. Let vooral ook op seconde 27 en 35 waar vuur in de lucht zichtbaar is. Het zou in plaats van een raket, kunnen duiden op een vliegtuig dat uit de lucht komt vallen. Op YOUTUBE spreken ze wel over een raket.
Een site die ook regelmatig over Oekraïene schrijft en interessante informatie verschaft is Kleintjemuurkrant.
Russisch hulp-konvooi rijdt inmiddels op het grondgebied van de Volksrepubliek Loegansk en wordt begroet door plaatselijke bevolking.
Het konvooi moet wel enkele ongeasfalteerde paden nemen, zoals in deze reportage aan het eind wordt vermeld, omdat een gedeelte van de reguliere weg naar Lugansk nog onder controle staat van het Oekraïense leger. Verzet Noworossiya schakelt 12 Prawi Sector leden uit 12-8-2014

Een bus met Prawi-Sector leden was op de route Mariopel-Donetsk toen zij het vuur openden op een door het verzet bemande blok-post. Het verzet beantwoordde het vuur en doodde daarbij 12 Prawi-Sector leden. Enkele konden ontkomen. Aan de zijde van het verzet was één gewonde. De Prawi-Sector leden waren onderdeel van het Dnjepr-2 bataljon, geleid door Parlementariër extremist Dmitri Jarosh en gefinancierd door olicharg en gouverneur van de regio Dnjepropetrovsk, Kolomoiski. Het belang van Stepanovka is groot in verband met de ligging ten opzichte van de grens met Rusland. 11 Augustus heeft het verzet een Uragan installatie van de Oekraïense strijdkrachten vernietigd.
Ondanks de overmacht aan mensen (vaak 2:1) en materieel (10:1) die het Oekraïense leger heeft ten op zichte van het verzet. slaagt het verzet er regelmatig in successen te boeken. Taktisch inzicht Strelkov tegenover de op Amerikaanse leest geschoeide strategie van het Oekraïense leger.

Twelve Ukrainian nationalist fighters killed in separatist ambush
(Reuters) - Twelve Ukrainian nationalist fighters, battling a pro-Russian insurgency in eastern Ukraine, were killed early on Wednesday and an unknown number taken captive when rebels ambushed their bus, a spokesman for their group said.
The separatists opened fire on the bus, that was taking the men to fight just outside the rebel-held city of Donetsk, at the nearby village of Mandrykino, said a spokesman for Right Sector, extreme nationalists who are supporting government forces.
"They were taking part in a military operation early this morning near Donetsk and were ambushed. Twelve Right Sector fighters were killed," spokesman Artem Skoropadsky told Reuters.
It was the group's biggest single loss of life since violence erupted in Ukraine's Russian-speaking east in April, he said.
The unit had run into separatists unexpectedly because a government forces' push against the rebels in the last few days had moved them from their usual positions, he said.
"We have suffered terrible losses. We will avenge this," Right Sector leader Dmytro Yarosh said on his Facebook page.
Video footage from the scene showed the bodies of several fighters dressed in combat fatigues lying near a bus pock-marked on the outside by bullet holes and its windows shattered.
Right Sector played a big role in Kiev street protests early this year that toppled former Moscow-backed president Viktor Yanukovich in February, setting off a confrontation with Russia and sparking the worst Russia-West crisis since the end of the Cold War.

Amerikanen leveren nu ook dodelijke raketten aan Oekraïense leger dat tegen zijn eigen burgers vecht.
ENGLISH and RUSSIAN SUMMARY BELOW - Ondanks dat Obama wil doen geloven dat het de Amerikaanse regering vooral chocolademelk stuurt, is er nu een serieuze aanwijzing (zie het integrale bericht van Strelkov onder de foto) dat Obama nu ook dodelijke anti-tankraketten levert aan zijn grote vriend Poroshenko.
Bij een partizanenactie van het verzet in Charkov is een colonne van het Oekraïense leger gestopt en is een wagen met Amerikaanse antitankraketten in beslag genomen.
In Izoemsk, in het gebied van Charkov is een bevoorradingscolonne vernietigd die munitie vervoerde van Tjernigovsk naar Izoem, voor de 1e Tankbrigade. Vier vrachtwagens met munutie zijn de lucht in gegaan. De vijfde vrachtwagen bleek geen munitie voor tanks te hebben, maar Amerikaanse anti-tankwapens, FGM-148 Javelin. Het meest waarschijnlijke scenario is dat de Javelins in Charkov zijn aangevoerd door Amerikaanse tranportvliegtuigen, die daar de laatste nachten regelmatig zijn neergestreken. BRON Strelkov.

Verzet vernietigt een fosforopslagplaats
In de loop van de dag zijn zeer zware gevechten gevoerd aan de noord-oostelijke rand van Shachtersk. Onderdelen van het 1e en 2e Bataljon van Slavyansk en het speciale Bataljon "Kalmoes", met ondersteuning van de vrije artillerie divisie, is het gelukt niet minder dan 3 stuks pantservoertuigen te vernietigen, een mortierwerper en 1 SAU (?), van de opponent, alsook een corrigerende groep. De opponent op zijn beurt heeft stedelijk gebied zwaar gebombardeerd. Er zijn vele vernielingen. Er zijn ook slachtoffers onder de burgerbevolking. Ons vuur heeft een opslagplaats van Fosfor munitie vernietigd. een tank is vernield en 1 pantservoertuig. “Currently, at least two squadrons of the Smerch system and several Grad squadrons have shelled the Aksyonovka district in the private sector. Houses are burning there. There are not positions of our troops there,” said the representative of the militia under command of Igor Besler. He said other residential neighbourhoods of Gorlovka have also been shelled.

Я уже писал о том, что информация о применении "Точки-У" по Саур-могиле чрезвычайно похожа на аналогичные действия нацистов при стрельбе по Луганской ОГА, при расстреле "Градами" Славянска, при применении зажигательных боеприпасов и так далее. Военное преступление совершается в разовом варианте, после чего Киев внимательно наблюдает за реакцией. Мировое сообщество нация не беспокоит - оно проглотит любое преступление. Being guided by considerations of humanity in the name of stopping the bloodshed and saving the lives of the Ukrainian military personnel, who have been forced to go to the kin-to-kin warfare area
I HEREWITH ORDER TO:
1. All commanders and fighters of DPR militia forces not to open fire at groups of single persons from among the Ukrainian military personnel, who have raised the white flag or who have otherwise expressed their intent to surrender. After disarming and checking for presence of weapons, such persons should be permitted to pass through the battle arrays, accumulate them at special gathering points for further transportation to the hinterland under guards supervision. Such persons shall acquire the status of a prisoner of war.
In Accordance with the Geneva agreements “About the Rules of Warfare” and the addenda thereto, such persons will be provided with board and medical assistance as required. No executions, tortures or humiliation of such persons are permitted. Violation of this paragraph will constitute a military crime and will be punished according to the martial law.
2. All the above persons must be registered and information about them must be sent to the DPR militia headquarters for the purpose of deciding upon their future location in accordance with one of the three models and based on personal choice. Persons, who have voluntarily surrendered their weapons and surrendered to DPR militia, and who have not committed any capital offenses in Novorossia in the process of the warfare, can choose to:
• Return to their families in Ukraine • Joint DPR militia • Be sent to the territory of Russia as a temporary interned person (or alternatively as a refugee)

Zwaarste gevechten tot nu toe; tientallen doden en gewonden; Gebruik fosfor.

Ze sloegen hard toe, zelfgangers en tulpen (tulp is een bomsoort) vanuit alle posities. Opnieuw begonnen mobiele terroristen te werken met lichte bommenwerpers. Er zijn minimaal 19 burgers omgekomen. Life News rapporteert 24 omgekomen mensen in Lugansk vannacht en zeker 85 gewond. Het gaat om een groot offensief van het leger op de stad.
De beschieting die met het offensief gepaard ging begon rond 18.00 uur vrijdagavond 25 juli 2014. Rond 04.00 vanochtend vond weer een verheviging plaats.
In Donetsk is de situatie vergelijkbaar: doden en gewonden. En Oekraïense tanks die de stad binnenkomen vanuit de westzijde en de kant van het vliegveld. Echter hier wordt ook melding gemaakt door het verzet van gebruik van FOSFORBOMMEN door het Oekraïense leger in de wijk Mandrikin. Aldus reportages van Vesti.ru en 1TV.ru.
Strelkov, de legerleider van het verzet, houdt de moed erin en spreekt ook over diverse afgeslagen aanvallen van "de opponent" en dat hij over 2-3 weken met verse krachten ook in staat zal zijn terug te slaan. Hij zegt daar voldoende krachten voor te hebben. Of hij die tijd nog krijgt valt te bezien. Maar hij doet ook een beroep op zijn eigen bevolking zich aan te melden bij zijn leger. Optreden David Jan Godfroid steeds zieliger.
ENGLISH SUMMARY BELOW. Godfroid is helemaal zielig. Jl. Maandag nadat die OekrArmee slavyansk ingenomen had, mocht hij weer opdraven met zijn NOS trawanten. NOS en Godfroid kwamen niet verder dan:
1. Het tonen van een opgeblazen spoorrails.. "Door de "sepratisten" gedaan"
2. Slavyansk wilde hij wel in, maar "mocht niet van de OekrArmee"..... heee, dat is vreemd... OekrArmee "bevrijdt" Slavyansk van de "terroristen" en wil daar geen "pottekijkers" bij, zelfs niet van het "kaliber" NOS/Godfroid. Dus worden ons de beelden onthouden van de juichende menigten die met vlaggen, zelfgebakken taart en omhelzingen, de Oekr bevrijders tegemoet treden. Waarom onthouden OekrArmee en NOS/Godfroid ons die hartverwarmende beelden? Of zouden er eerder executies, "filtraties" en repressies plaatsvinden; en wil de OekrArmee en NOS ons ook liever de platgebombardeerde stad niet laten zien? Godfroid speculeert hier liever niet over. Speculeren doet hij liever over Russen:
3. "De Rus/Oekr grens is zo lek als een mandje"... "Alles komt er binnen voor de Zelfverdedigers...." Ja, Godfroid blijft maar hameren op de Rusische inmenging, maar dat de Amerikanen de Oekr armee met adviseurs, geld, wapens, dagelijkse vliegtuigladingen vanuit USA op Kiev, etcetera helpen, daar heeft Godfroid het natuurlijk nooit over. Kun je ook niet verwachten van een collaborateur van het fascistische Kiev bewind. Zijn optredens voor het NOS-sjoernaal worden steeds pathetischer. Hij blijft zijn zielige eenzijdige riedeltje maar herhalen: Halve waarheden afgewisseld met nog meer halve waarheden. Meelijwekkend. Ongelofelijk wat je een levend wezen voor geld kunt laten doen. David Jan Godfroid is er wel het meest troosteloze voorbeeld van.
Het andere extreme bewijs van Godfroids halve waarheden beleid was zijn twitter over de fragmentatiebommen. "onduidelijk wie ze gebruikt had", twitterde Godfroid de wereld in met een link erbij van zijn bron. Wat stond er in het artikel? Whilst it is not immediately clear who fired these munitions, it seems MOST LIKELY THAT THEY WERE EMPLOYED BY UKRAINIAN ARMED FORCES targeting pro-Russian separatists.
En dat laatste -je mag toch wel zeggen essentiele stuk informatie- vertelt Godfroid er dan niet bij. Als het om gruweldaden van het OekrArmee gaat hult de collaborateur alles in mist. You would expect the Ukrainian army being more than willing showing how women welcomed the soldiers with homemade cakes and warm hugs... why did the Ukrainian regime not allow such welcome and priceless footage? maybe because there was nothing like such a welcome and there was more destroyed town (2 month of Ukrainian army bombing!), filtration and executions going on? We can olny speculate, something Godfroid prefers to do about the Russians, complaining that the border is still not controlled by Ukr Armee, and "all sorts of goods flooding into Ukraine from Russia, for the rebels"; of course from Godfroid not a single word about USA interference and stimulating of the war with hundreds of CIA advisors in the country, regular USA airforce planes arriving with materials on Kiev airport and continuously putting oil on the fire.
Another flagrant example of Godfroid's half trues telling was when twittering about the use of fragmentation boms where he only twittered in Dutch that it was unknown who used the killing device. However the article in his own link spoke about:

OekrArmee "bevrijdt" Slavyansk van de "terroristen" en wil daar geen "pottekijkers" bij, zelfs niet van het "kaliber" NOS/Godfroid. Dus worden ons de beelden onthouden van de juichende menigten die met vlaggen, zelfgebakken taart en omhelzingen, de Oekr bevrijders tegemoet treden. Waarom onthouden OekrArmee en NOS/Godfroid ons die hartverwarmende beelden? Of zouden er eerder executies, "filtraties" en repressies plaatsvinden; en wil de OekrArmee en NOS ons ook liever de platgebombardeerde stad niet laten zien? Godfroid speculeert hier liever niet over. Speculeren doet hij liever over Russen:

Ja, Godfroid blijft maar hameren op de Rusische inmenging, maar dat de Amerikanen de Oekr armee met adviseurs, geld, wapens, dagelijkse vliegtuigladingen vanuit USA op Kiev, etcetera helpen, daar heeft Godfroid het natuurlijk nooit over. Kun je ook niet verwachten van een collaborateur van het fascistische Kiev bewind. Zijn optredens voor het NOS-sjoernaal worden steeds pathetischer. Hij blijft zijn zielige eenzijdige riedeltje maar herhalen: Halve waarheden afgewisseld met nog meer halve waarheden. Meelijwekkend. Ongelofelijk wat je een levend wezen voor geld kunt laten doen. David Jan Godfroid is er wel het meest troosteloze voorbeeld van.

The ghost of a lieutenant: our name is Strelkov

Igor Strelkov (Girkin). I feel that his pseudonym is his real name. A Russian man holds the defence of a country (Novorossiya), with 20,000 men, against a frontal attack by an entire army. Yet, an army, without a general, is no army at all. [And, conversely] where there is a general, an army will rise [to his command]. Without a leader, any army will fall apart in mere hours. Strelkov is fighting against the country of Ukraine, where power was seized by NeoNazi putschists. One man against an entire country.
In Kiev, orders are issued by the Junta and, to some extent, they are implemented by the Ukrainian armed forces (fortunately for us, rather reluctantly). Yes, the armed forces of Ukraine do not want to fight. Yes, they do not understand what [they are being asked to fight for] and against whom. But behind them stand the executioners from “Praviy Sector”/National Guard. They are afraid to confront Strelkov, they are far more used to killing civilians (what can they do – they are Bandera’s grandchildren), but they are always ready to shoot their own units in the back. And yet, notwithstanding all [these limitations], they are still an army. And [Ukraine], however middling and subsisting along the trajectory of its inertia, is still a state. The inertia of institutions is a serious matter – all the states of the former USSR are still burning through the Soviet institutional legacy. In Ukraine’s case, they are burning through it quite literally.
And then there is Strelkov. On whose behalf and in whose name is he fighting? He has been holding the defence of Slavyansk and of the entire DPR [Donetsk People’s Republic] for so long. Who gives him orders? Who stands behind him?
What is most paradoxical is that no one [controls him]. No one stands [behind him]. No one gives [him] orders. There is no one else. His superiors are of a different kind. He considers himself conscripted, mobilized by a substance the existence of which is almost universally doubted. Strelkov was called to arms by the Russian Mir[, the Russian World], the Russian People, the Russian civilization.
Power in Kiev was seized by rigidly Russophobic forces. And everyone froze, quieted down, fled. The well-fed heels of Yanukovich flashed [in the night]. Jiggling his belly, he started to gorge on Pshonka. Confused, the light of a projector flickered over Lavrov’s eyeglasses. Akhmetov started a series of negotiations with Kolomoiskiy to divide [the country] into shares. Euromaidan chavs spit out the husks. And that is when Igor Strelkov appeared. Calm, nonchalant, a little not of this world. From another time, from another history, from another society. Like two drops of water alike with a pre-Bolshevik lieutenant of a Tsarist army. And, as it turns out, he used to transform into such a lieutenant in volunteer reenactments. And, then, finally, he turned into one.
And took Crimea. It was later that [the rest] arrived: technocrats, Crimean women in sailors’ shirts, photographed using pre-distributed tablets over the background of “polite men,” and the elegant prosecutor Poklonskaya. But it was Strelkov who started it, and it was Strelkov who finished it.
When Putin said that there were no forces of the Russian Federation in Crimea, he did not sway from truth. Strelkov is not of the Russian Federation army. He is a shadow of Russian past, a ghost of Russian future. He is that which we lack in the present. Strelkov came out of the Encyclopedia of love for your Fatherland, 1910 edition. He came off the First World War poster and immediately entered into battle.
“Crimea has been taken,” Strelkov said calmly into the void (conditionally, to Kremlin). We are advancing into Novorossiya. But no one reads his telegrams. They hang in the air, until the Russian people, whose life centres are strangled by the chokehold of Russophobic elites, the 6th column that seized power in the 90s and has no intention of giving it up, stumbles upon them. One of these simple Russian people, colonel Putin, also stumbled upon Strelkov’s reports, sent from another time and another space. And he also breathed [them in]. But here is the strange part – this Russian man of proletarian background, just as confused and inarticulate as our entire people these days, only vaguely remembering that which he used to be and which he is destined to become – this man turned out to be the President. Putin picked up these unaddressed telegrams that arrived from nowhere. Written simply until they were needed, until Russians needed them. And read them. This is what is meant by “Crimea is ours!” A headline sent into the void accidentally reached an addressee.
The 6th column is petrified, no one understand how this could have happened. But it is already a fact. Putin read the telegrams. And their contents reminded him of something. “Who is this Strelkov?” – asked Putin, but immediately forgot what he was asking, not waiting for an answer.
In the meantime, and just as he promised to no one in particular, i.e. to the Russian Mir [World], Igor Strelkov went further. Turning his face to the North, he must have thought like this: go to the left, and you’ll burn alive. Go to the right, and you will come home. And Strelkov went forward, to the North. Pointing at the map, at random, he landed on the city of Slavyansk. “What a good name!” – he thought. How close it is to my volunteer heart. There are Slavs here, as well as glory. This is my city. And then he advanced forward.
In Slavyansk there was a female mayor and many beautiful Russian people. The woman mayor soon disappeared somewhere, but the people stayed. Strelkov called upon the dejected men and asked them where weapons were kept. They searched and found some. And that’s how the creation of the Donetsk People’s Republic began.
At first, no one believed Strelkov. Especially Kiev. Putin will not intervene militarily; Washington and Brussel will bind him by his arms and legs, the 6th column will befuddle his mind, and he will be finally confused by the morons, by PR gurus and by traitors, in whose midst he feels familiar and comfortable. And that’s why we will put Slavyansk to the knife, and, in the process, will demonstrate the puissance of our banderite prowess, decided the power in Kiev, and, rubbing his hands in anticipation, the recently strangled Boris Berezovsky, reincarnated in the guise of Igor Kolomoiskiy, supported them in their undertaking. This is what Kolomoiskiy was thinking: “First, I’ll call my [allies] in Russia, they will quickly abandon the South-East.” He called them, and he was heard. They started to give up [the South-East]. Slavyansk came under attack. Shells started whistling, helicopters started circling, houses caught on fire. Everyone took everything into account. Except one thing: Igor Strelkov does not belong to this reality, the reality of Washingtons and Brussels, of Kolomiskiys and Friedmans, of Poroshenkos and Akhmetovs, of Tymoshenkos and Surkovs, of Maidans and the Presidential human rights Representatives.
He is from another world, from the Russian Mir [World], where such rot simply does not exist. A different geometry [commands] his transparent patriotic volunteer consciousness. Did he take Crimea? Yes, he did. Did he go to Slavyansk? Yes, he went. Did he arrive there? Yes, he did. Did he organize the men? Yes. Give them weapons? Yes. And now he rose up and stands. From all the sides there are orders, orders that sound like volleys – and volleys that sound like orders. Strelkov, get lost! But he stands. They send him telegrams: “Go, pull back! We are retreating! It’s an order! We took Crimea, and that’s enough.” But he just stands there; he does not hear them. To the front are the firing guns of a bestialized Ukrainian army. What’s this? What is happening? Putin is not sending the troops, and, yet, we can’t take not only the South-East, but even the insignificant city of Slavyansk. And why is this happening? Not clear. How is Strelkov still holding on? Why is it that we are suffering such high losses? Why is it that, every day, we have fewer and fewer APCs, guns, gangs of thugs, richly covered in swastikas, and our losses already count into the hundreds? What is happening? Didn’t Kolomoiskiy make the call? Are they having time zone issues in Washington? Is the leadership in Brussels stuck at a gay club and late for work? When will Strelkov be recalled? When will they kill him? When will he disappear, finally reassuming his place on a yellowing pre-Revolutionary poster?
And, meanwhile, Strelkov stands, as if nothing is happening, stands where he stood [all this time]. Leisurely calling the men to rise to the ranks. Reluctantly creating a female battalion, while the men think. He came to Slavyansk and is not leaving. One man against an army. One man against an entire state. One man against the traitors in Moscow. One man against the Kremlin. Completely alone. Tet-à-tet with the war. Like D’Annuzio in Fume, he came and he is not leaving.
Did you notice that Strelkov’s appeals are completely devoid of hysteria? It is as if he is sleeping. The level of hysteria is at zero. Sometimes he says things that formally are to his detriment. But he is neither a technocrat, nor a politician. He is the ghost of a true Russia, a double, who came from the true Russian present into our false unRussian “present.”
In Slavyansk, Igor Strelkov habitually holds defence. Your Excellency! We are defending Novorossiya! Yes, sir! Yes, don’t give an inch! Who is he talking to? To whom is he giving the military salute? We do not see, do not hear, we cannot even guess. He lives in his own strelkovite world, and this world is [the true] Russia. And what world do we live in, in this case? Or, maybe, it’s all a dream?
Perhaps so. But the dreams that I will be seeing, these dreams will be about Igor Ivanovich Strelkov. They are dearer to me than any reality. It is because they are the reality, and his DPR is real. And his friend – the people’s governor, Pavel Gubarev – is real. And his Novorossiya is reality. And his Russia is reality, and it is also my Russia, strelkovite Russia, the only and the deadly Russia. And her name is Slavyansk.

Update Oekraïene nieuws 27-6-2014
Allereerst rest ons weinig anders dan de drie heren van dit kiekje van harte te feliciteren. Jezuïet en vrij metselaar (altijd een heerlijke combinatie) van Rompuy, Oligarch en CIA-agent (een evenmin te versmaden combinatie) Poroshenko, en Barosso. Dat het gesloten contract alle partijen voorspoed moge brengen!

Vanochtend 27 juni om 04.00 uur 's-ochtends hebben bombardementen van het Oekraïense leger weer slachtoffers gemaakt onder de burgerbevolking van Slavyansk. Getallen zijn niet gegeven.
Inmiddels loopt het aantal vluchtelingen van Oekraïene naar Rusland op naar 110.000 personen.
Update Strelkov: 27-6 Hebben zijn troepen een Oekraïense blockpost aangevallen en uitgeschakeld. Verschillende wapens en een flinke hoeveelheid munutie is buitgemaakt. Opvallend uit het relaas van Strelkov is zijn mededeling dat het Oekraïense leger zijn eigen troepen beschiet op het moment dat ze de slag verliezen. Ook opvallend is dat Strelkov er geen doekjes om windt dat ook zijn troepen mijnen leggen.
Het ANNA nieuws van Novorossiya krijgen we ook net binen. Onderstaand video van twee minuutjes met Elena Krasovskaya. Belangrijkste nieuws daarin: De fascisten hebben een bus beschoten waarbij de chauffeur en een vrouw gedood zijn. Ook goed nieuws: de 16-jarige streamer Vlad is weer vrij. We vonden dit bericht over Odessa nog; het is maar een paar minuten en er zitten toch weer wat nieuwe dingetjes in. In the course of the night from 18th to 19th [of June], the enemy implemented a large-scale transfer of troops from the vicinity of Dolgenkoye village, where they have their stronghold and encampment, to the region of Krasniy Liman. Altogether, over 130 various items of military equipment were moved, including approximately 20 tanks and 40 APCs (“BMD,” “BMP” and “BTR”). The saboteur-intelligence group of the militia was able to take out one of the “BTR” APCs in the column by exploding a landmine. In addition, in the course of the night, the militia conducted strikes against the stronghold of the enemy in the Kombikormoviy neighbourhood.
Early in the morning on June 19, 2014, the enemy, with tanks and motorized infantry, and supported by two ground attack fighters Su-25, a division of self-propelled howitzers, a GRAD MLRS battery and several mortar batteries, dealt a massive blow against the positions of the Krasniy Liman detachment of militia located in the vicinity of Yampol settlement. The first attack was repelled, and an enemy tank was hit. At approximately 11:00 in the morning, the enemy resumed its attack, and despite losses, broke through the front. In the course of the battle, the enemy lost 4 “BMD” APCs and a large number of troops. However, using its colossal superiority in manpower and weaponry, the enemy was able to take Yampol and Zakhotnoye settlements, as well as the bridge across the river “Severniy Donets.” The Krasniy Liman detachment of militia suffered large losses in manpower and weaponry and was scattered. A detachment from Slavyansk that was sent to assist was also unable to stop the overwhelming forces of the enemy. Nevertheless, they fought an unequal battle in the settlement of Krivaya Luka.
As of 18:00 in the evening, the battle continues, the militia are attempting to break through the positions of the enemy toward Slavyansk.
Simultaneously with an attack against Yampol, large tank and motorized infantry forces of the enemy attacked the city of Seversk, where they were engaged in combat by the detachments of the militia commanded by Alexander Mozgovoi (the Lisichansk Battalion). The battle continues.
Attempting to assist the detachments fighting in the north, the Kramatorsk company (original – “rota”), undertook an attack against the enemy positions in the vicinity of the Markov settlement (to the east of Kramatorsk). In the course of the battle for control of the checkpoint, they were able to hit [and take out] one “BMP” APC and one “BTR” APC of the enemy. One of the militia fighters was lightly wounded. There have been no changes to positions around Slavyansk and Semyonovka.
In the morning, the detachments of the militia conducted mortar strikes against the Karachun Mount and against the positions of the enemy in the settlement of Vostochniy. In response, the enemy shot at Semyonovka with tanks, and, at 18:00, conducted artillery strikes with howitzers against the centre of Slavyansk. Multiple buildings hit and partially destroyed.
In conclusion, we can now confirm that the Ukrainian military has fulfilled the task, assigned by Poroshenko, of encircling the militia in the city of Slavyansk. Despite the courage and resilience of the militia fighters, they are unable to withstand in the open field massive attacks with tanks, artillery and aviation, particularly when the enemy has overwhelming superiority in manpower.
The militia and the people of the Donetsk People’s Republic call on the leadership of the Russian Federation to provide immediate aid to Novorossiya, in order to prevent the further genocide of the Russian population.

Not much is known about Igor Strelkov, the man AP dubbed "the face of the insurgency in eastern Ukraine",
and the fact that he keeps an ultra low profile certainly doesn't help
his public image, if certainly boosting his shadowy, mystical status.
However, yesterday in the aftermath of the swearing in of Ukraine's new
president Poroshenko, Strelkov gave an extensive interview in which he
laid out not only the "separatists" take on recent events in Ukraine but
how they view the armed resistance strategically, and what, if any, the
endgame is.
In any event, the following interview will certainly not be available
on any western media outlets so for those who believe in hearing both
sides of the story to development an informed opinion, read on.
I believe that the situation will change for the worse, because now this so-called “legitimate” President immediately will turn to NATO countries, to Western countries, for help, asking, first and foremost, for military help. We can then expect to be confronted with new NATO tanks, helicopters, aircraft, advisors, instructors, mercenaries. There will be greater numbers of shells, troops and victims. This is all that I expect from this so-called “inauguration.” This morning [June 7, 2014] there was again artillery shelling of the Artem neighbourhood of Slavyansk. There our checkpoints are located along the perimeter, but the enemy regularly shells homes in civilian neighbourhoods. Specifically, the shells exploded here, here, near the Lenin Hospital, and here. The enemy can “boast” that they finished off two of their broken-down “BMD” APCs. Well, more accurately, not “BMD” APCs, just APCs. These we had long ago taken apart into spare parts. So they hit these remaining shells; they finished them off, so to say. With respect to infantry, we are facing a ratio of approximately 5-6 to 1. For one of my fighters there are 5-6 enemy soldiers. This is specifically with respect to the troops stationed directly near the city. Apart from that, there are also 50-60 pieces of heavy artillery, which is dedicated specifically to shelling the city. Also 1-2 Grad systems. A lot of tanks. These elements we cannot, unfortunately, engage directly, given the distance of 1.5-2 kilometres. All in all, the ratio of forces remains very much not in our favour. So, although the enemy has moved a portion of its forces from our theatre and transferred it, as far as I can tell, to protect the border, nevertheless, we are having a difficult time holding our ground. As a result, first and foremost, we need active help in the form of armoured vehicles, long-range AA elements, and artillery. This is so because the greater part of the enemy artillery force conducts attacks from positions that we are unable to reach. That is to say, they bombard us from long-range positions of absolute safety. All we can do is dig into the ground, build reinforced installations, but we are unable to counteract them in any way. Unfortunately, our mortars simply do not reach the positions of their heavy howitzers. No wonder, as we are facing such calibres as 240mm. The holes left by shells from these weapons in Semyonovka are easily identifiable.
It has become apparent, long ago, to anyone with even a superficial interest in military affairs that it is far easier to storm an intact city than a destroyed city. The Germans, in their time, got confirmation of this rule at Stalingrad. Yes, they are counting on being able to force the population out of here. And they claim that [once the population evacuates], they would be able to storm the city. In fact, this is simply a way to save face. A significant part of the population, at least in Semyonovka and Cherevkovka, has already left. Semyonovka has barely anyone left. Same with Cherevkovka. And yet, they do not attempt to storm them. There is one simple reason why: they understand full well that they will suffer significant casualties. Their infantry does not exhibit sufficient fortitude, whether on attack or in defence. In effect, they are simply exacting vengeance against us for precision strikes against their artillery positions, their checkpoints, against their armoured vehicles. They are taking out their anger by carpet-shelling civilian neighbourhoods. In theory, it is possible that they believe they are firing at our positions; however, in 90% of cases they hit areas where we have no fighters present.
They conducted strikes against Nikolaevskaia Power Plant specifically with the intent of taking it out of commission, so at to cut off electrical supplies not only to our city, but to a whole number of cities in the north of Donbass region. In fact, this was a direct attack intended to destroy the infrastructure that feeds urban and industrial regions. The same can be said about the continuing bombardment of industrial locations. In sum, we are witnessing purposeful destruction of the industrial complex. You can draw an analogy to an old joke about a Ukrainian who says “Even if I can’t eat it, at least I’ll bite it.” In other words, if I can’t have you, no one can. About right. I am predicting that not only the Slavyansk region, which, at this time, acts as a shield for the Lugansk and Donetsk oblasts/provinces, but also the entire territory of Lugansk and Donetsk regions will turn into a battlefield. It is obvious that no one will stop this military operation; no one is intending to terminate it. More than that, military elements are being used that are entirely excessive in fighting against small guerilla units. In fact, these elements are more-or-less useless. In a manner of saying, they are using cannons to shoot down birds. All of this will continue further, it will be transferred to Donetsk, to Gorlovka, to Makeevka, to Lugansk, to all the other cities and parts of the region. At least that’s how the Ukrainian army is acting. These are the conclusion that can be drawn from what the Ukrainian army is doing. This will turn into a humanitarian catastrophe not just at the scale of a city, but on the regional, possibly the world scale. I say this because there are over six (6) million inhabitants [in the region] that will become the targets of this very dumb, very unprofessional, very careless military machine. While guerillas (and we are, in fact, guerillas), i.e. militia, are able to defend cities, are able to repel infantry and even tank attacks by the enemy, we are, unfortunately, incapable of defending the region from airstrikes and artillery shelling. Equally, we are unable to destroy [artillery and aviation] because the ratio of the opposing forces remains disturbingly [not in our favour]. Regardless of how many volunteers we are able to field (and, first of all, we are unable to arm all of them, to this date we lack everything – rifles, ammo, anti-aircraft elements, and, most important, we lack anti-tank defence systems, including anti-tank artillery), and even if we receive all the necessary equipment and are able to match [Ukrainian] regular forces in combat, this would nevertheless lead to a complete humanitarian catastrophe in the region. Unfortunately, without peacekeeping forces (and I obviously mean Russian peacekeepers, as no other peacekeeping force would be accepted by us here, nor considered a “peacekeeping force”), the region will descend into bloody chaos, lawlessness. Everything that was built over decades would be lost, destroyed.
The Lugansk Republic also finds itself in a very difficult military
situation, they must think of defending their own territory, their own
cities and population. The one thing I can note is that we are
coordinating our activities with the garrison in Lesichansk. This
garrison made a request to be included in our command structure.
Together with this garrison we are defending this part of the front.
Q: Poroshenko promised Putin that, in the nearest future, the war will be either brought to an end or suspended, in some manner. In your opinion, what did he mean when he said this?
A: I believe that what he meant is that the Ukrainian army will steamroll over the entire Donbass region, will eliminate all those who rose up against the illegitimate Kiev government, all those who rebelled against the discrimination directed against the Russian people, and that, in this manner, he would bring the war to an end. I think this is what he had in mind. An oligarch who sponsored the so-called “Maidan,” who made the most warlike claims and adopted extreme positions while still a Presidential candidate, who is a puppet controlled directly by the United States of America, this oligarch cannot change who he is in one day or one night. Of course, what he means is that he plans to “impose order” with an iron fist, the fist of his punitive forces. Put it bluntly, we saw how they “impose order” from the example of what happened in Krasniy Liman. That is why we will, of course, resist to the last man. We will resist successfully, I am emphasizing this again. The real problem is not that we will be unable to defend ourselves or to withstand attacks by the Ukrainian forces, the problem is that if this war continues indefinitely, the region will fall to a humanitarian catastrophe. As a result Russia will become the recipient of millions of disenfranchised, impoverished and angry refugees. Everything that was built, created over decades, if not centuries, will be destroyed. We continue to prevail over them again and again, on all fronts. Nowhere have they been able to achieve a victory of any real significance. They were able to overwhelm our garrison of one hundred in Krasniy Liman by throwing a force of three thousand (3,000) and coming against them from all sides. Even so … And where they have to square off against a more-or-less trained, numerous, at least somehow provisioned force, they always, regularly suffer defeat. They cannot advance even a step. Their tactic consists of filling the landscape with troops, tanks, APCs, and artillery, and defending themselves, in hopes that, without numerical and equipment parity, we would be unable to push them from their positions. In effect, their positions at Mount Karachun are an example of this approach. We are unable to kick them out of Karachun first and foremost because their force is at least three times the size of my garrison [in Slavyansk]. We are blessed with excellent morale and fighting spirit, our fighters are highly motivated, while they have a great deal of old, but still effective “metal” [Note: i.e. armoured vehicles] that fights against our militia.
Ukrainian mass media lies, lies without end. They lie so unapologetically that Goebbels would have envied their style. He is probably turning in his grave now. And, so, they are interested in ensuring that no one else is able to provide this information. And, because Western media, to a large degree, plays along with its Ukrainian colleagues, and provides only such information that benefits Ukraine, the Russian media becomes their natural enemy. As a result, they consider the Russian media their direct enemy in the field of informational warfare. With respect to international law and norms, they never cared for them one bit. For example, here they use cluster bombs and similar [illegal] weapons. They shoot, and, as you correctly pointed out, remove entire township from the face of the Earth. They shell cities. They will continue in this manner with ever-increasing [brutality]. This is because they experience no material opposition [to what they do]. They have no other tactic. They are unable to take up their weapons and go on attack, go storm our positions face-to-face with us, despite their profound numerical advantage in troops. As soon as their infantry faces direct combat, it retreats. They retreat even if supported by tanks. They abandon their tanks and retreat. They understand that their infantry is not combat-worthy. Their only option is to shell us from afar, again and again and again, and hope to inflict the greatest possible destruction.
