Uit de brief lijkt het alsof hij zichzelf voordoet als slachtofffer, of dat (2e) gedeelte was voor de studiomedewerkers om voor te lezen. Vreemd in ieder geval:
"Wij zijn gegijzeld door zwaarbewapende mannen"
"Zij willen een live uitzending doen om hun verhaal te kunnen houden"
